Engineer first, leader since.
I am an engineer turned delivery leader running a 33-person digital commerce and AI practice. I own revenue, gross margin, utilisation and client growth across 80+ concurrent engagements and six enterprise accounts, so delivery decisions remain tied to business outcomes.
I started in avionics R&D at DRDO, then built Node.js services and Google Cloud architecture before moving into delivery leadership. That engineering foundation still shapes how I work: architecture calls get made, engineers get unblocked and clients are told what will actually work.
In five years, I moved from research engineer to owning a multi-million-dollar portfolio. Along the way, I delivered 150+ projects and 15+ global go-lives across the US, UK, Gulf, ANZ and Southeast Asia, plus AI and ML supply-chain programmes for Colgate-Palmolive, Tory Burch, AB InBev, LIXIL and Tamer Group on Google Cloud.
