alokakiran.com is the personal professional website of Aloka K (“I”, “me”). It is published and maintained by me as an individual. It is not owned, operated, sponsored or approved by any current or former employer, client or partner organisation, and nothing on it should be read as a statement on behalf of any such organisation.
Views expressed here are my own. They do not represent the positions of Codilar Technologies, Goose, Pluto7 or any other organisation named on this site.
2. How the work described was performed
Every engagement described on this site was carried out in my capacity as an employee of a service provider, principally Codilar Technologies (2025 to present), Goose (2024 to 2025) and Pluto7 (2022 to 2024). The client organisations named engaged those service providers, not me personally. Where I say I “delivered”, “led” or “owned” work, I am describing my individual role and contribution inside those employer teams, in the ordinary way a curriculum vitae does.
Contracts, intellectual property, commercial terms and client relationships belong to the respective service provider and client. I claim no ownership of, or continuing rights in, any of them.
3. Trademarks, logos and brand names
Company names, product names and logos shown on this site (including in the “Brands I have delivered for” section) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are displayed solely for the purpose of identifying the organisations for which work was performed through my employers, which I believe to be nominative, descriptive use.
Their appearance does not imply that any owner endorses, sponsors, recommends or is affiliated with me or this site, and does not imply that any owner has reviewed or approved its contents. No logo has been altered other than proportional resizing, and where an owner publishes a monochrome version, that version may be used to fit the page design.
If you are a rights holder and would prefer that your mark not appear here, email me at the address below. I will remove or replace it promptly, normally within five working days, without requiring a formal notice.
4. Confidential information
This site does not disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer or client. Figures quoted (for example conversion, margin, lead-time or forecast-accuracy improvements) are stated at a level of generality consistent with a professional profile, are drawn from my own recollection and records of publicly presentable outcomes, and are not audited financial statements. Where a client’s identity is sensitive, it has been described generically.
If you believe any content here breaches a confidentiality obligation, please tell me and I will review and, where appropriate, amend or remove it.
5. Accuracy and no warranty
The information on this site is provided in good faith for general informational and career purposes. Guides and articles describe practices I have found useful; they are opinion, not professional, legal, financial or commercial advice, and they may not suit your situation. I make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free, and I accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it. Verify anything material with your own advisers.
6. Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Calendar and others) and uses Google Analytics under the consent settings described in the cookie notice. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for their content or practices.
